Service overview.
What Forlik runs today, written by hand. This page measures nothing: no automated monitoring is published.
Kept by hand
A page written by hand
It describes what the platform does, not its state at the second you read it. No probe feeds it, and a page that is always green lies the day something breaks. If your order is stuck, write to us: you get an answer from a person, with what we know.
What the platform runs
Six services, described by what they do and who can reach them. Nothing here claims they are up right now.
Delivery to the building, pickup at the counter, and ordering from the table. The exact total is shown before you confirm.
A one-time code by SMS in the app, a password on the web.
The courier's position on the campus map, and the order's timeline. In the Forlik app — in pilot at UIR, not yet published in the stores.
Menu, orders, scanned hand-offs and statements, on one screen.
The QR code on the table opens the menu in your browser, with no account and nothing to install. Open at one campus counter.
You pay in cash at the hand-off while the total you actually pay — delivery fee and tip included — stays under 200 DH. Above it, payment goes through your Forlik wallet.
Incidents
No incident log is published yet. If an outage affects your order, write to support@forlik.com: you get an answer from a person, not an automated status.
The platform served its first order on 3 July 2026.
No outage alerts yet
There is no mailing list. Write to us: if something is broken, or you want to know when it is fixed, a person will answer.
